1. How do I order a portrait?
Ordering is very easy. Just follow the steps beginning here (You'll need a credit card or a Paypal account.).

2. What if I don't like it?
While we do our utmost to create a portrait you and your pet deserve, you may find yourself not 100% pleased about the work. To avoid these situations, we will keep you involved in the process: at important milestones, or upon request, we will email you pictures of the work. We can get feedback from you right away and make any necessary changes.

3. Who are your artists? How am I helping them?
The artists at Mypetinoil.com all come from the Philippines. Skilled in oil and other media, they have decades of combined experience in portraiture and other forms of fine art. We are helping them by widening their audience and possibly getting them better remuneration that corresponds to the remarkable quality of their work.

4. Can I get my portrait done faster?
